OPINION
HANSEN, Presiding Judge:
Appellant, Brumark Corporation (“Brumark”), seeks review of Order No. 895331 of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (“the Commission”). This Order is the culmination of hearings before the Commission in Causes numbered CD-900154020 (“154020”), 900154084 (“154084”), and 940000948 (“948”). Causes 154020 (Brumark’s Application) and 154084 (Santa Fe’s First Application) were the subject of a prior order of the Commission, Order No. 359695, which was appealed by Brumark in Brumark Corporation v. Corporation Commission, 864 P.2d 1287 (Okla. App.1993) (“Brumark I ”).…
