Plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of Roberta Jane Clemons, deceased, seeks damages from the defendants on account of fatal injuries received by decedent while a guest passenger in an automobile operated by Neil Pearce and owned by his father, Harry Pearce. On the trial of this action a verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiff and a judgment was thereafter entered against the defendants. A motion for a new trial was overruled and defendants have appealed.
