INTRODUCTION

This is an action brought under the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”), N.J.S.A. § 47:1A-1 to -13, and common law right of access, through which plaintiffs originally sought settlement agreements and email correspondence from the Defendants. During the course of this litigation, the settlement agreements were ordered to be disclosed. Defendants complied with production of the settlement agreements, but redacted initials and docket num*418bers from those produced. For the reasons that follow, the initials and docket numbers were properly redacted.
