Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of *604Rensselaer County (Dwyer, Jr., J.), rendered May 18, 1982, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of assault in the second degree, f Defendant was indicted for assault in the second degree arising out of the stabbing of a neighbor with a knife.
