The appellant, Catherine Roberson, appeals through counsel a September 21, 2005, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) denying entitlement to dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC) benefits under 38 U.S.C. § 1151 for the cause of death of the veteran, the appellant’s late husband Isaac Roberson, Jr. The Board also denied entitlement to accrued benefits based on disability ratings in excess of 10% for the veteran’s foot-related disabilities.
