Pursuant to LSA-R.S. 9:4821 plaintiff, Linzay Downs, Inc., filed a rule to show cause why certain liens should not be can-celled as untimely filed under LSA-R.S. 9:4812.1 The defendants-in-rule were R. E. Heidt Construction Company, Inc., (Heidt); Hosea Johnson Building Materials, Inc., *6(Hosea Johnson); Eunice Soil Cement, Inc., (Eunice Soil Cement); and Lee’s Plumbing and Electrical Supply, Inc.
