This appeal is from a decree in the admiralty disposing of a petition for limitation of liability, filed by the New York Tank Barge Corporation, as owner of the barge, “T. N. No. 73”. This company filed the customary petition and stipulation and the cause was referred to a commissioner to receive proofs of claim; only one claim was filed — that of the Commercial Molasses Corporation, the owner of the cargo at the time the barge sank.
