PPG Industries, Inc. (PPG), appeals an order of the circuit court of Macon County which confirmed the decision of the Industrial Commission dismissing its review as untimely filed.

The facts, which are not in dispute, indicate that the claimant, Ronald Griffith, filed an application for adjustment of a claim alleging that he suffered certain injuries during the course of his employment as a laborer at PPG.
