This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee and against appellant for the sum of $400. Appellant’s counsel contends, among other things, that the verdict relied on by appellee is contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence, and that, in legal contemplation, there is no verdiet sufficient to sustain the judgment. The facts are substantially as follows:
