SMITH, Presiding Judge.

Following a bench trial, Marvin Dale Young was convicted of one count each of aggravated assault upon a peace officer, resisting, obstructing or opposing a law enforcement officer, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, parking outside of a business or residential district, driving on a suspended or revoked license, and no proof of insurance.
