The facts appear from the following extracts from the adjudication of

Lamorelle, P. J., Auditing Judge.

James Anspach, who died February 6, 1917, gave the residue of his estate in trust to set aside a fund sufficient to “provide for the following annuities, which shall be paid as follows:

“The sum of Five Hundred Dollars a year in equal quarterly payments, for the benefit of my niece Rosalie Anspach, for the term of her natural life. Said amount may be paid directly for the maintenance of said Rosalie Anspach, or may be paid to Caroline Anspach or to any of her sisters for her; or in the…
