TAFT, Circuit Judge.
This case now comes on upon exceptions to the report of the master. The bill was a general creditors’ bill filed by the assignee of a judgment creditor to subject the property of the defendant company to the payment of all its debts. A receiver was appointed, and he has been operating the railroad of the defendant company since March 17, .1893, under the order of the court.
