Presently before the Court is a motion filed by Westfalia Associated Technologies, Inc. (“Westfalia”) on August 13, 2003, seeking (a) an order pursuant to Rules 3003(c)(3) and 9006(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (“Fed.
