— Appeal by the defendant from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agresta, J.), rendered August 9, 1984, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), rape in the first degree and criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence and (2) a judgment of the same court (Dunkin, J.), rendered July 3, 1985, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts) and robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
