—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees (Penal Law §§ 265.03, 265.02 [4]). Defendant’s argument, that there was insufficient proof before the Grand Jury to support a charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, may not be reviewed on appeal from a judgment based upon legally sufficient evidence (see, CPL 210.30 [6]; People v Johnson, 204 AD2d 1024, lv denied 84 NY2d 827).
