— This is a suit in chancery. The bill was filed on the 21st day of April, 1868, in the Chancery Court of Madison County. The purpose of the suit is to subject certain real property, particularly described in the pleadings, to the payment of the complainant’s debt, upon the ground that the property mentioned had been fraudulently conveyed to a third person, “ with intent to hinder, delay, and defraud ” the debt- or’s creditors, among whom the complainant was entitled to be numbered.
