On February 21, 2002, Defendants Kerry J. Dale, Andrew Gilman, Sean Marsh, and Heather D. Blease (collectively “Defendants”) filed, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d), a motion to withdraw the reference of the above-captioned adversary proceeding to this Court from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine.
