This suit was filed in the District Court of Dallas County, Texas, on the 8th day of December, 1900, by Mrs. Addie J. Hunter against the Travelers Insurance Company on an accident insurance policy issued by said defendant to W. Hugh Hunter for the sum of $5000 and payable to his wife, Mrs. Addie J. Hunter. The provisions of said policy are as follows: "In consideration of the warranties in the application for the policy and of twenty-five dollars, does hereby insure W. Hugh Hunter for the term of twelve months from noon of May 28, 1898, in the sum of twenty-five dollars per week, against loss…
