Appeal from an order of the district court dismissing defendant-appellant’s petition for postconviction relief.

On March 3, 1961, the body of one Hattie Busett was found on her farm in Wright County, Minnesota. She had been fatally shot in the back of the head with a .22-caliber rifle. Subsequent to the discovery of the body, defendant, Christian Charles Coolen, was arrested for driving an automobile without a license.
