In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to confirm an arbitration award, in which respondent cross-moved to vacate the said award, petitioner appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 22, 1977, which denied its application and granted the cross motion. Order reversed, on the law, with $50 costs and disbursements, application to confirm granted, and cross motion to vacate denied.
