The Administrative Law Judge (the ALJ) determined that Taylor Stumbo *393(Stumbo) is permanently totally disabled as a result of a work-related injury. Stumbo’s employer, the City of Ashland (Ashland), appealed to the Workers’ Compensation Board (the Board), and the Board vacated and remanded to the ALJ for additional findings of fact regarding the extent and duration of Stumbo’s disability.
