Hansen v. Cerro Gordo State Bank of Clear Lake

Plaintiff’s application under Section 11792 was denied, on appeal to this court. Northwestern Mut. Life Ins. Co. v. Hansen, 205 Iowa 789. Most of the material facts are set out in the opinion in that case, and need not be here repeated. In disposing of the case, however, we there said:
