When this action in forma pauperis was commenced, the plaintiff sought injunctive relief and damages in an unspecified amount. Before the case came on for hearing, plaintiff’s counsel informed the court that the plaintiff’s property which was the subject matter of this case had been returned to him and that the record should be enlarged to include that fact.
