On March 25, 1939, the plaintiff filed his complaint in the city court of Kewanee for an injunction to restrain the defendant from foreclosing a chattel mortgage on property in the possession of and owned by the plaintiff. A temporary injunction was issued and after the chancellor had sustained the findings of the master in chancery, the injunction was made permanent. The defendant has appealed from this decree.
