OPINION AND ORDER
MUKASEY, District Judge.
Virgil Wright appeals a decision of the Bankruptcy Court denying him a discharge of his tax debts. For the reasons stated below, the decision of the Bankruptcy Court is affirmed.

Wright is an anesthesiologist who currently resides in Bermuda. On July 14, 1993, he filed for protection from his creditors under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. In re Virgil G.
