Enrique Lerma, a Texas convict, having lost at an October, 1975 prison disciplinary hearing 360 days of “good time” credit and the right to accrue further good time, challenges the procedural protections afforded him at that hearing as constitutionally in*1298sufficient.1 His hearing occurred after the Supreme Court, in Wolff v. McDonnell, 1974, 418 U.S. 539, 94 S.Ct. 2963, 41 L.Ed.2d 935, held the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment applicable to the revocation of good time through state prison disciplinary proceedings.
