This adversary proceeding is before the court on the cross-motions for summary judgment filed by the chapter 7 trustee David H. Jones (“Trustee”) and First Community Bank of East Tennessee (the “Bank”). At issue is whether financing statements filed by the Bank under the registered, assumed name of a debtor, “Silver Dollar Stores, LLC,” rather than its organizational name, “Silver Dollar, LLC,” sufficiently names the debtor in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated § 47-9-503(a)(l).
