This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals 1 which held that, because the Town of East Troy did not accept Katherine Christenson's 1966 offer to dedicate Block 3 of the Clearview Subdivision to public use as a park prior to Katherine Christenson's death, death having revoked the offer, there was not a timely acceptance of the offer. According to the decision of the court of appeals, because the Town had not timely accepted the proposed dedication for park purposes, K.G.R. a real estate developer, which claimed to be the successor in interest to Katherine…
