Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), Plaintiffs Ryan Noah Shapiro and Property of the People, Inc. seek disclosure of certain portions of entries appearing on an electronic calendar maintained by the Director of the Office of Management and Budget ("OMB"). Both parties have moved for summary judgment.
