I.INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Complaint asserts that Defendant Law School Admission Counsel, Inc. [hereinafter “LSAC”] discriminated against her in violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act [“ADA”] by failing to provide her reasonable accommodation in connection with taking the Law School Admissions Test [“LSAT”] and by failing to engage in an interactive process with her regarding her requested accommodation.
