At 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 15,1964, two Flint police officers observed the defendant driving a car which fitted the descrip tion of a car used in an armed robbery according to the report which they had of the robbery. Upon stopping the defendant they searched him and found a gun. The defendant was arrested and interrogated but he denied participation in the robbery. He was identified at a police lineup on Monday, November 16, 1964, and a complaint was signed and a warrant issued charging him with armed robbery. The defendant was arraigned on the warrant on Tuesday, November 17, 1964.
