A coal company owned and operated certain coal mining properties in the vicinity of McCurtain county, Okla. Some Ohio people held first liens against the property, 'and apparently acquired the same by sale on foreclosure proceedings. The Ohio people entered into a sale of. the property to D. J. Jorden, subject to the indebtedness then held against the property. D. J. Jorden came to Oklahoma, took charge of the property, and commenced its operations.
