This appeal involves two actions brought against the defendants, one in which Mary Lynch and one in which Kathryn Shomo is plaintiff. Both actions were brought to recover damages for unlawful and unwarranted search. The actions were consolidated in the court below for the purpose of trial. They have been argued together in this court. The assignments of error in both cases are identical, so that only one opinion will be necessary.
