Tejada, J., at first jury trial and mistrial declaration; John Cataldo, J., at second jury trial and sentence), rendered October 17, 2005, convicting defendant of two counts of robbery in the first degree and two counts of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to an aggregate term of 22 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
