This is a diversity products liability case arising from the explosion of a propane furnace in a mobile home owned by the plaintiffs/appellees, Robert and Connie Orth. The jury awarded the Orths $567,-493.45 against the defendant, Emerson Electric Company, White-Rodgers Division (“White-Rodgers”), for injuries they suffered in the explosion.
