This is an appeal by defendant Maurice Korshak, a partner in the firm of Korshak & Korshak, from a judgment confessed on a judgment note executed on behalf of the partnership by defendant Sydney Korshak, partner and brother of Maurice. The complaint was entitled substantially as herein-above shown and the judgment was confessed against the partnership in that style. The same caption should have been used in the briefs.
