Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Klein, J.), entered September 21, 1988 in Ulster County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Town of Ulster Planning Board revoking a prior conditional approval of a subdivision application.
