The debtors have claimed homestead exemptions for a property referred to as The Ledges Apartments. Several creditors have objected to these claims, alleging that the debtors conveyed the property to a Vermont partnership, also known as The Ledges Apartments, that the debtors had formed. They contend that this entity and not the debtors is the owner of the property the debtors claim as exempt.
