MEMORANDUM OPINION
PETER J. WALSH, Chief Judge.
Before the court in this adversary proceeding is the motion (Doc. # 56) of Louisville Gas & Electric Company (“LG & E” and collectively with Coal Equity, Inc. (“Coal Equity”), “Defendants”) to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky (Louisville Division). I will grant the motion for the reasons discussed below.
