This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment in a general contractor’s suit for damages allegedly resulting from a breach of a construction subcontract.

Appellant Harry Brown, Inc. (Brown) was the general contractor employed by the Sabine Independent School District, Glade-water, Texas, for the construction of an expansion to the Sabine Elementary School in Liberty City, Texas.
