MEMORANDUM DECISION

WILLIAM R. SAWYER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This Chapter 11 case is before the Court upon the motion of Ferrosource International, Inc. to allow its late filed claim. (Doc. 68). Ferrosource seeks to file an untimely proof of claim pursuant to Rules 3003(c)(3) and 9006(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. This motion was called for hearing on August 1, 2006, and this matter was taken under advisement.
