A petition ■ brought to the court of ordinary to set aside a judgment probating a will was appealed to the superior court, where the defendants presented their general demurrer to the petition. The demurrer was overruled, and the defendants excepted pendente lite. The case proceeded to trial, and the court directed a verdict for the plaintiffs, and entered judgment thereon.
