Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Goldberg, J.), rendered March 21, 2014, convicting him of scheme to defraud in the first degree, grand larceny in the third degree (six counts), and grand larceny in the fourth degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
