LIVINGSTON, Chief Justice.
The appeal in this case was taken on the 28th day of December, 1954, by the appellant, after a decree padlocking his place of business was entered by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama,, Bessemer Division, sitting in equity. According to the record, the transcript was filed with the clerk of the circuit court on the 7th day of March, 1955, and was filed with the clerk of this court on April 12, 1955.
