ORDER DENYING PETITION TO DETERMINE HOMESTEAD REAL PROPERTY

THIS CAUSE came to be heard on August 9, 1989, on the Petition to Determine Homestead Real Property filed by Donna Lynn Utter-back.

The facts of this case are uncontroverted. Clinton H. Gay died on November 24, 1988 and was domiciled in Palm Beach County, Florida at the time of his death.
