hAH remaining parties to this litigation have appealed a part of the judgment rendered by the trial court on August 4, 2016. Defendants, Lafayette Consolidated Government and Officer Todd Rogers (LCG Defendants), appeal the denial by the trial court of their peremptory exception of prescription.
