OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.

Maria Lepucki, her husband, Victor Le-pucki, and their minor daughters, Amber and Elisha Lepucki (collectively the "Le-puckis"), seek a new trial following the jury's verdiet in favor of the Lake County Sheriff's Department ("LCSD") on the Le-puckis' claims against LCSD for damages suffered as a result of a vehicular collision between Maria and Officer Robert Mahan of the LCSD.
