Knevals to recover certain lots of lands in the city of Jacksonville, Fla., now held as the property of the Florida Central & Peninsula Railroad Company. The contention of the complainant in this suit is that the lots in question did not appertain to the railroad at the time of the sale of the railroad property on the (itli of January, 1882, and therefore did not pass to the purchaser, hut remained the property of the Florida Central Railroad Company and its stockholders.
