OPINION

DAVID GAULTNEY, Justice.

Appellant, Norman Lewis Evers, filed a motion for rehearing after this Court issued a memorandum opinion in the appeal from his civil commitment as a sexually violent predator. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. §~ 841.001-.151 (West 2010 & Supp.2012) (the SVP statute). He complains that this Court did not sufficiently address his arguments, and he adds another argument. After considering his renewed challenges to the trial court’s jurisdiction and the sufficiency of the evidence, we withdraw the memorandum opinion and substitute this opinion. See Tex.R.App. P.…
