OPINION
MANNHEIMER, Judge.
Michael D. Phillips appeals his convictions for first-degree sexual assault and first- and second-degree physical assault. 1 Phillips raises two main contentions on appeal. Phillips argues that his boots were unlawfully seized following his arrest, and that the superior court should have suppressed all evidence of the forensic testing that was later performed on the boots.
